Eva works a senior learning and organisation development officer at SwedBio, with a focus on both internal processes as well as facilitating spaces for learning with partners.
Eva is specialized in supporting continuous collaborative learning processes based on implementation, for further advancement and enhanced operational quality. This is done by combining various individuals’ experiences from practice and updating strategies in response to external contextual changes. With solid methodological expertise, she tailor approaches based on an understanding of complexity, change narratives, mindful adaptation, systems thinking, and resilience.
Eva has an extensive background since 2005 in International Development Collaboration. Prior to joining SwedBio in 2025, she worked for four years at the Swedish Government Agency for Peace, Security, and Development (FBA), where she provided methodological support to Country Teams, encouraging their ongoing learning and facilitating complexity-aware analyses. Previously, she also worked at Stockholm Resilience Centre. At that time, she served as a Monitoring Officer for five years. In the beginning of her career, sheworked at the UN Association of Sweden, in different roles, including as the Organizational Liaison Officer and Project Lead.
